S2 Episode 3: Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Villa

Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Villa is a museum dedicated to displaying the history of the overseas Chinese community. This villa played a huge role in the 1911 Xinhai revolution, which effectively swept away the monarchy in China. This is an important historical monument, and on today’s tour, I will bring you through it.

Sun Yat Sen Villa is located at 12 Tai Gin Road, and can be accessed from a short walk from Toa Payoh MRT station. It is open from 10am to 5pm daily except Monday. See map below (image courtesy WQY Website):
